Is always good, carvery is fantastic, hot and fresh and plenty of options. The staff are lovely and very helpful, going back this week with work.

We returned after previous goid carvery lunches for Sunday lunch with friends today, and were very disappointed. The roast potatoes looked like they'd been crushed, and weren't at all crispy. Peas looked like bullets, so we left them in the serving dish. Mash was stuck like glue to the serving spoon. We decided to have cake as dessert and as there were no prices we asked how much it was. I can't remember the exact amount but it was around 6 a slice or 9 for 2. The prices quoted was for take out apparently, we were only told this when placing the order and that the cost was quite a bit more to eat in. Not once did anyone check if we were enjoying our roasts which is really unusual. Really disappointed. We will not be returning as there are plenty of other restaurants to choose from in the area where the food and service is better than we sadly experienced today.
