I cant speak highly enough of the service provided by Visionaid. After contacting them by email regarding products, they got in touch with me within a couple of days to organise a home visit to sample the products I was interested in. Jason visited me and I loved his enthusiasm and knowledge, he was extremely helpful and explained how each product worked. There was no obligation to buy anything and after he left I decided to buy the Irisvision headset which worked really well for me in the demo. I placed my order a few weeks later via telephone and I received my headset the very next day! Visionaid have impressed me immensely and I would recommend them to everyone.. and the Irisvision is great!!

Spoke to Jonathon at VisionAid about a product to help my son who is both registered blind and dyslexic. Dispatched by Kate in very quick time, received it the next day. Will certainly recommend VisionAid to others.

I was given VisionAid details by Access to Work, so I could source some equipment for my colleague. I was very impressed by the overall Customer Service I received by Shelley, Kat and Catherine. They were so friendly and knowledgeable and very patient with my questions. Nothing was too much trouble. Ellis even helped to advise me which monitor and desktop computer might be most suitable for a low vision user when the suggested ones were no longer available. I would highly recommend this company.
