Renee Norris Counselling

I was really struggling with relationship and self-confidence issues, so I decided to contact Renee during lockdown for video call sessions, which I had once a week. The sessions were so effective that after a month I finished feeling clear-headed, secure and confident. When I face more issues in the future I will be seeing Renee again!

I came to Renee a little while ago and was really struggling with many things. She gave me wonderful coping strategies and really helped me become a better version of myself. I'm so much happier and can't be more grateful for our time together. Being someone with bpd I thought I'd never get better as well as fully understand myself. She is a brillaint, open trusting therapist and I'd reccomened her to anyone.

Renee has been amazing with my 15yr old daughter who was suffering with confidence issues and social anxiety, she came every week for 6months. Renee helped her to see things in a different way and to accept and love who she is. Now she walks with her head high and is confident in social situations, excepting that she has things to work on and to grow as an adult! She is a very happy teenage girl again and we cannot thank Renee enough!
