        Just had my benches installed on site today. I couldnt praise Drakes team high enough. From dealing with Neal on the design and seeing the quality and high level of the fitters I couldnt be happier. If I have to describe it in one word I would say professionals. If you looking for bespoke furniture drakes is the no 1 in terms of value and quality. Well done guys you earned one more customer for life Service: Custom furniture

        Bought furniture from Drake's Bar Furniture 20 years ago and was well impressed. One bar stool was damaged in transit and no quibble it was replaced with in 24 hrs. So I recently decided to get a quote for 8 new bar stools.

        I owe a restaurant and had a problem with a previous purchase from another supplier. Once I was looking for alternatives, I came across this site. I gave AskDrake a call and spoke to sales manager Neil. We agreed a deal for 15 Louis stools for 115 each as per website price. I asked how long would be needed to them get delivered, he said in a week they will be on your front door. Asked if he was sure (had to return previous supplier faulty stools and get the new ones from AskDrake delivered with no time gap for my customers) and Neil said yes. Offered to pay deposit over the phone, Neil asked me to send him an email with final specification (colour and materials) and he would have raised an invoice. Havent heard back for a couple of days, I chased and quote came back 40% more expensive. 175 each rather than agreed and stated on their website 115 price.... A joke !!! When I challenged him he said that his supplier charges more and the price on website had to be disregarded. Wouldnt compromise or offer a little discount, Neil insisted his price was final and left me really disappointed. I asked to escalate the issue to the owner but heard nothing back since. What kind of business put a price on their website then increase the prices almost a time an half at the check out? EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, Really disappointed. I will ensure people in the industry here in Manchester will know about this. Stay away.
