I have to say since we moved here 6 months ago, I have nothing but praise for the staff who have been doing as much as they can under the current circumstances. Thank you all

My Husband has been complaining of a rash, which has been painfull for weeks. I told him to ring the GP surgery. He rang at 8 am, was greeted by the most bombastic receptionist, with no medical training telling him only taking emergency. To me a qualified Nurse over 20 years, at London and Conqust hospital Critical care experience, only Emergency is A&E. So what qualifies as an emergency to see your GP. It certainly would not be chest pain, thats when its emergency. I will be going to CQC about their poor practice. This is why Hospitals are overrun because your GP are refusing to see you, being triged by receptionist. How can a receptionist qualify, a rash not important to see medical advice??

This is an unfriendly surgery. The only friendly people are the nurses. The receptionists think they are above everybody else. The doctors make you feel like the reason for your appointment is unnecessary. You can't get through to reception and getting an appointment is ridiculous. They are extremely slow at signing prescriptions. Every chemist I use says how slow they are and everytime I say I'm with Harbour, they reply "I was hoping you weren't going to say that" (Boots Harbour). Have just moved elsewhere and I am so pleased!

Only rang up to enquire about making a appointment for the following day and was greeted by an awfully rude receptionist who was very sarcastic over the phone then hung up before I got a chance to speak. Am new to this surgery and havent seen a Doctor there yet so will see how my experience goes. Hope the Doctors are more pleasant than the receptionist was.
