Best dog taxi there is! Transported me, my husband, two dogs and a dog pushchair, no problem. Super friendly, quick to pick up and even gave advice on good places to visit around Southwold. Will be using again this year on our annual visit.

Couldnt fulfil our (reasonable) request for a cab - which would have been fine if he had just said so rather than been rude over the phone. Clearly doesnt want to work, if I could leave zero stars I would. Abysmal attitude

one of the best taxi services out there, guy is extremely talkative and nice, has a good joke and laugh and will pretty much ways be there if you need his service. drives safely and quickly and doesn't even need a map, prices good aswell.

I wish I had read the reviews about Nick before booking him! He told me hes the only mini cab in Southwold and if I didnt book him, Id not be able to find anyone. He whinged and moaned that hed just taken his socks off to finish and that he was really unhappy about coming out to work and that hed put his phone on airplane mode. I told him that he didnt have to come if it was too much trouble. He then went on a tirade about people from London and how they expect service on demand rather than 24 hours in advance. He did pick us up, made us wait while he chatted on the phone for a few mins, and was grumpy and rude the whole time. My 8 year old was so excited to have his first experience in a cab what a shame! He was rude to my elderly parents too. He was not using the meter for us and made up a price! He should not work in any customer facing role.
