Great customer service! Booked 9 bikes very easily through the contact form on their website. On the morning we were due to cycle Francesca emailed me to say the weather was horrendous and she very kindly offered a full refund. She did not need to do that at all but it was great to see such honesty and customer service. The refund was processed within a couple of days. When we are next in the area I will definitely be using them (on a nice day!)
