        Rene has looked after my eyesight for many years and I trust him implicitly. He is thorough and honest ( hasnt tried to sell me glasses when I havent really needed new ones !) He has been helpful and happy to undertake repairs to keep my glasses in good order. I like that the Observatory always has more unusual frames than standard high street opticians.

        Had a problem while on holiday my lens fell out. I popped in and the very nice lady fixed for me she was very polite and kind and then to top it off wouldnt take any payment. Thank you
