        Having recently spent 15000 with them i found them to be incompetent and lacking in customer care. They eventually admitted that they did not know how to correct the fault with my new front door, IT COULD NOT BE OPENED ! Nothing could ever tempt me into ever using them again. I was left with no option other than to engage the services of a 3rd party at my expense who has resolved the problem. Based on my experience, it seemed that once they had my money they were no longer interested in me. AVOID , AVOID, AVOID .AVOID !!

        Thank you so so much for a rapid reaction to my door lock issue...Bought a gorgeous George Clark Door from these guys & issue sorted in 24 hours no quibble, professional, tidy , happy to be of help & would recommend always... ( had windows from them over the years ) Great Team
