Bought a car recently. Felt scammed after purchase. DO NOT TAKE OUT THE WARENTEE... It's not worth the paper it's written on. I firmly believe these insurance based warranties serve only 3 purposes. 1) To enable the dealer to wriggle out of their SOGA responsibilities if something major goes wrong in the first 6 months. 2) To give the customer a false sense of trust when buying the car. 3) To make money for the dealers / insurance company.
