I am from Chile and I found Kostas Instagram 10 weeks ago. He is enthusiastic trainer and fantastic in his work. As well he has amazing sense of humour. In weekly phone calls we discuss my training progress. He teach me about nutrition, exercises and habits. In resume, I am really happy with the results. In addition I increase my mass muscle. Kosta is the best trainer ever

I've been training with Kosta for just over a couple of months now and am loving my experience. Kosta is very easy to talk to, welcoming and obviously knows his stuff. He pushes me to do my best whilst making sure I understand the purpose of each exercise, have the proper form and am doing things safely. After putting up with broken equipment, sub bar cleanliness standards and crowding at a well known gym it is a PLEASURE to be in Kosta's well-equipped, private and immaculate fitness space. Kosta has given me helpful nutritional advice, shown me my ideal macronutrients but given me the flexibility to cook and eat a varied and nutritious diet. In the short time I've been working with Kosta I am already seeing results and my clothes fit better again. I would highly recommend.

I am from Ecuador and working with Kosta has been a great experience and a challenge as well. Because my language is not English, but I appreciate it because he was very patient and always very attentive. I really liked the routine and everything I could learn, seeing results very soon! Despite the distance, he knew how to guide me to do the exercises correctly and improve my technique. Thank you!

I signed up and trained with Kosta despite being in a different country and am very happy that I made tht decision as he is an epic trainer. He puts the work in to provide a specific training programme tailored to your goals and lifestyle and has extensive knowledge on fitness that helped me improve my workout habits/techniques and overall strength and mobility. He is a freindly guy and I'd recommend his services to anyone looking to get into better shape! His app provides a way of tracking progress that actually improves the flow of a workout. Overall cant fault it and look forward to training with Kosta again

Kosta is amazing and I am so happy that he was recommended to me by another one of his happy clients. My body shape is noticeably changing and I feel much stronger in just 7 weeks. Each week Kosta recommends small sustainable changes to my eating habits. He also shares delicious and nutritious meals by sharing photos, recipes and the best place to buy the ingredients. The small changes have made it easy for me to be consistent and make the small changes part of my lifestyle.
