Myself and my Boys have used peter Marson in Southwick for the last 25 years plus ,they are friendly and professional and wouldnt go anywhere else .

I am currently living a miserable existence due to my relatively recent prescription glasses no longer being correct and causing eye strain and bringing on an episode of cluster headaches. I booked up here, wanting to avoid the big chains. There was a 10 day wait I had to endure to get to the appointment and needed to take a day off work, but I got to the day of the appointment and turned up in good time. Unfortunately, when I called up the Southwick branch on Google, I got given the Hove branch phone number. So, I had booked an appointment in the other store. I did explain that I had specifically looked up the Southwick store and used the number supplied. The managers attitude was apathetic to this and dismissive. The manager of the store was quite jovial about this and quipped about "you'll never make it to the Hove store in time" when it became clear that there had been a mix up. What there was not was any attempt to rectify the situation, not even the slightest hint of compassion and an attempt to see if something could be done. All they wanted to do was rebook the appointment and send me away. I left feeling that these healthcare professionals certainly did not care about my health and lack professionalism, only capitalism.
