Fantastic hairdressers who also specialise in hair extentions and all colouring techniques. Really friendly staff and atmosphere. Very happy with my extentions and hair hilights.

Its taken me years to get my hair to waist length. It was very thick and in good condition, I stopped in to have a good 6inch off and maybe a few layers. A young stylist called Courtney cut my hair, she told me she was doing an orange peal cut ( never heard of that one before) after a few weeks of stressing out about the way my hair was cut I went back, Ill try to keep a long story short! I spoke to Courtney and showed her how uneven my hair was, one side was 3inch shorter than the other, this was after her cutting a good 9inchs off! I left my number and asked for a manager to call me, the message wasnt passed on, so off I go again to pay a visit!! I saw a stylist who looked at my hair and booked me in with a senior for a correction, she was shocked at what she saw, also my complaint wasnt passed on. Ill still try to keep it short!! I was booked in with a senior who tried to correct the mess that Courtney made to do this she either had to cut another 3 inches off or thin it out,( this would take the amount cut off to 11inchs I chose to have it thinned out, this was done only down one side of my head to even it up!! Im now left with a totally messed up head of hair that I dont know what to do with, its also taken me years to grow to my waist, it now just below my shoulders and a total mess. To add insult to injury I was told when I left no hard feelings! REALLY I definitely wouldnt recommend them, especially a junior that clearly doesnt know what shes doing with a pair of scissors! Im so angry and stressed out with what has been done to my hair Ill add some pictures when Im not so stressed out with it all. Service: Hairstyling
