This was the most aggravating and agonizing encounter I've ever had with him. The gentleman arrived hours late and refused to clean the carpet or refund his services. I felt it strange that this home was so well-kept, given that my carpet was so filthy.

These services are currently being utilized by us. No complaints have been received regarding the effectiveness of the service.
