OK, but staff seem very disinterested in making you feel welcome and very expensive. Left after couple drinks to go to The Cricketers.

Second visit today in 6 months and was really happy to find this great bar still going unlike so many. By far the best of the 6 bar/pubs on our tour today. Personally I really don't understand why or how people can even suggest it's expensive it clearly isn't. Guinness the cheapest we had all day @ 5 a pint and absolutely the best pint of Guinness around according to two of my party. The lagers are all well priced but maybe if your going to compare low quality lagers to high end products maybe its expensive but very well known Italian lager at 5.60 is cheaper then the pub down the road and fair better quality. The star beers are the German pils and the real ale which are always in perfect condition. So independent family run with real people who love music, beer and chat. It's not the big main clinical chain pub or buy it cheap sell it quick sort of place that's true, but you get what you pay for and well done guys for everything today.
