        My short stay was a brilliant episode, the staff very efficient and friendly. Security was excellent. Food very good and the right amount. Comfortable lounge and rooms.

        Superficially the care home gives a good impression and is well decorated. However the care is often lacking. Urine on the floor of my parents toilet repeatedly was not dealt with and excuses made. The main nurse in charge becomes cruel and vindictive when complained to and higher managment will not deal with the problem. Meals served were of very small prtions and I saw staff eating some of patients food. When I escalated my complaints I was manipulated are forced to find alternative accommodation for my parent.

        Very nice care home on the outskirts of Southwell. Large grounds, parking hasn't been a problem when i have been. Strict security, everywhere clean and tidy. Staff helpful. Rooms a good size, library on 1st floor. Goods meals.
