        Staying in Southwell for a couple of nights and had a bit of a tumble hitting my face and damaging the frame of my prescription sunglasses, The lovely lady at Optique very kindly repaired them for me without charge saving me having problems for the rest of my stay.

        Before I came to Optique's, my previous prescriptions were way off, made my eyes itch and a distinct lack of customer service. Optique however, have excellent customer service by caring deeply for the customer's needs and wants. They managed to find the correct solution to my problem. Fantastic team of well skilled, mannered and enthusiastic people.
