What a wonderful experience to open a gift I purchased for someone else and to be greeted with a personal card from Nikki, don't know when I have ever had such a great personal shopper experience and the packaging is impeccable, well done!!!

I don't think I've ever written a review for a retailer before, but after the impeccable packaging, rapid delivery, then all topped off with a handwritten note for my purchase... I feel compelled to! Although I was buying a gift for someone, the experience felt like a gift to me as well! Many thanks Nikki and the team at A Fly Went By for the fantastic efforts running your store. I will be sure to recommend you when the opportunity arises!

I ordered a few Maileg items from this company. I was really happy with the service and super fast delivery. Unfortunately I had an issue with a fault on one of the items. I emailed Nikki who dealt with it straight away, posting a replacement the same day and emailed me apologising despite the issue having nothing to do with their service. I'm very impressed with 'A Fly Went By' and will definitely be shopping with them again.
