        Katie is so lovely , super helpful and friendly. We are regular and go in each week to buy treats. Axel the dog is a big fan of the beef skin, same skin and beef tails as well as the warm welcome he always receives.

        AVOID AT ALL COSTS Placed my order on line on October 5th no sign of delivery a week later ..have called and called the store nobody ever answers . Finally today November 2nd somebody called me back after numerous messages only to be told there was never any stock of what I ordered and got fobbed off about the website was never live or some other rubbish along those lines So here we are a month later no refund and no communication So to sum up This store took money for stock they didnt have then didnt answer any messages I left no communication whatsoever and probably will never get a refund Worse service Ive encountered in many years AVOID AVOID AVOID
