In 2011 we were about to take the jump into starting our own agency. Looking for a website supplier who wouldn't charge the earth while also allowing us to design our site to our own taste and style sounded easy, but it turned out to be extraordinarily challenging. Our original brief was completely bespoke (we even designed the wire frame ourselves), and we were annoyingly picky. For nearly eight years he has kept the basics running smoothly while still helping us to grow and evolve.
