*Edit: from their answer they assumed is a "joke" but you can see they do not deny having a member from their team named "Joe", who, sadly for customers, is by far the most arrogant and disrespect person I have ever crossed in customer service who directly named a customer twa* and idio*.
Does this seems "genuine" enough? For me, it was genuinely disgusting...
