        Minster Flowers is the only florist we go to as their flowers are always so beautiful, the quality is exceptional and they always last. This made it a very easy choice when choosing the florist for our wedding, and we are so pleased we did. Jayne made the whole process so simple, being able book in appointments to discuss what we would like and was brilliant at handling any changes that we made. On the day, Jayne and the team brought our vision to life, everything was perfection. We had white roses and lilies for our theme and the quality again was exceptional. We cant thank you enough.         I bought a few bunches of flowers today I picked them all apart from one when I got them home the one that was picked for me was drooping I called and the lovely lady swapped it for me . Excellent customer service just a shame the first time I went in the Woman who was helping never smiled and obviously didnt care she picked me a flower not only drooping but with dead flowers too . Please get her to smile its not good for your business .
