Had my delivery yesterday, not only were the 2 delivery drivers pleasant and professional, they took the time to place the bag as close to the end of my drive as possible, making it so much easier for me to transfer them to the log store. Thank you so much

Ive used this company for a couple of years now. They were always reliable and the logs were huge, really thick and chunky so they burned really slowly - ideal! However theyve recently changed ownership and todays delivery was a massive disappointment. The logs look like the ones bought in nets (the over-dried ones that burn really quick) and theyre mostly tiny, despite choosing the larger log option on their website when purchasing. There was also far less of them compared to the prior deliveries and to cap it off they called the other day to check delivery time at 10:30 today would be ok, I dont know why as they didnt appear until 1pm. To their credit, after I called them to chase, they did make arrangements to ensure it wasnt any later than that but its pretty poor after arranging a 10:30 delivery in the first place and not bothering to let me know there had been a change of plan. Mostly due to the massive reduction in quantity and quality Im afraid I will be looking for a new log supplier.

Quick delivery of high quality kiln dried logs that keep the house cosy. They always go above and beyond to deliver at a time that works and deliver with a smile and a chat. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our logs
