        Really great service, friendly team who communicated every step of the process when necessary. Very quick turn around and good customer service. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others :)

        Great honest service. Steve diagnosed the issue, ended up deciding that a repair was not worth the money, after consulting with Steve. He pointed me in the direction of a replacement unit via eBay. Yes I paid a diagnostic charge which was more than worth the money paid, which did include collection and return of the faulty laptop. If I had done the job myself I would of spent money and more importantly time trying to fix it and would of failed due to a hidden issue. Thanks for the honest advice, will use again and recommend to others.
