Boyds Blinds

I contacted Boyds after word of mouth recommendations from a number of past customers in the Nottingham area. I am completely delighted with the quality of their customer service and product from start to end. I needed some very large thermal lined curtains for a period property in the Park estate in Nottingham, and roman blind for smaller window. They responded rapidly, visiting to discuss options very soon after the initiation enquiry. Jay was superb in detailing viable and attractive options appropriate to the job, always ensuring to keep me informed as the potential cost and the time frame between ordering and installation. They were produced quickly than expected, and installed rapidly and to a very high level of workmanship, as you expect from the experts that they are. It was important to them that I was entirely happy before concluding proceedings; there was a real sense of them caring and taking pride in their product, seeking perfection. And frankly, they achieved it. I am delighted with my curtains and blind, the quality high, the price entirely fair (if not better than expected), the fitting quick and unobtrusive, the after care second to none, by both Jay and Andy. Ordered a number of shutters from Boyds and they were fantastic. The fitters are excellent and go above and beyond. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service from Boyds Blinds. I couldn't have wished for a better service. Prompt response from my initial enquiry from Colin who appeared on time for the appointment. He came with an abundance of choices of fabric, design and installation options. What a nice guy! At this visit I was given a timescale which was met. Jonny, the fitter contacted me and arranged to fit the blinds at a time to suit me. He was smart, polite, efficient and demonstrated the operation of the blinds and explained the child safety features. He cleaned up after himself and was cheery from start to finish.I love my new blinds and would recommend this company, their value for money and their products Michelle, Grantham .
