Having recently taken up running after a lifetime of mainly sedentary work I was really deflated when my knee gave up on me after just a few weeks. I booked a thorough assessment session with Matt - the advice and ongoing support and rehab plan we discussed has given me the confidence that I can get back to completing the Couch to 5k programme. Ill never be a Paula Ratciffe but with Matts help and advice 5k along the Downslink is definitely possible. I definitely recommend Matt and the team

Throughly enjoying getting back into the gym after a long time off with the added bonus of being able to do group classes. I have found the motivation I need to get summer ready!This gym is clean and professionally run. Throughly recoomend giving it a go
