Excellent service. Had both MOT and service done, at a very reasonable price. They also picked up car from home address and delivered it back and gave it a good clean outside and inside.

I meant to write this earlier but didn't have the time. This review is from the perspective of a former mechanic who worked there..(for a very short time I'm pleased to say)......myself. It's a typical drone shop, where, if the owner thinks you have taken too long over a job they will whinge at you, because they think you are costing them money ;but when you do a job in undertime they say nothing. They can't understand that these practical fluctuations even themselves out over time and believe everything goes by the book.This leads to an atmosphere of low moral with all the negative things that go with it. You can't do that to me "Miss"...you have to be a better person than that for my loyalty.Before I left ,I said to her,(the boss).....do you want me back tomorrow??....her answer......." I have lots of work booked in". Now that's not really a " yes " is it? What it means is ;I want the work done ,and it's really irrelevant who does it.This is what's called negative feedback and certainly doesn't make a person feel welcome or valued....now does it.??.....You sealed my decision with that answer. Now if every possible employee had my reaction you'd have no staff ,which would please me no end...but they don't have the follow through. Also your general electrical knowledge is poor;I sussed that out pretty quickly;but you fumble through the work load in a hit and miss manner ,which the customer is unaware of. I hope you enjoy reading this;I don't want to wish you a bright future or your female cohort, because you are both equally wanting in many ways. By the way you need to improve your paragraphing as well, when you respond to people.Large blocks of prose do no not make easy reading with no separation.
