Address Estate Agents

Seemed ok at first but unfortunately I found myself on the receiving end of of an angry phonecall from a stressed out Kim. All due to problems caused by other people relating to events completely out of my control (which she must have known). All this did was make an unpleasant situation even worse and left me feeling confused and a little bit down. And for no reason. Hate to leave a bad review but ultimately found Kim rude and unpleasant to deal with. Kim I understand you work in a stressful industry but youre a working professional and must not let your emotions get the better of you, and especially dont take it out on those who dont deserve it.

Address were our letting agents for 2 years. The service provided was second to none. Whenever there was a problem with the rental Kim was on to it strait away and had a range of contractors avaible to fix the problems at a very reasonable cost. We could not fault the service. Address also sold the property at the end rental. The sale of the property was far from straight forward and kim went the extra mile to find solutions to the issues that arose and was always at the end of the phone when you required her. There was never any delay in returning calls. I would highly recommend Address estates agents as both rental agents and sales agents.

My partner and I rented a beautiful bungalow in Horsham for 4 years through Address Estate Agents. The pre and post rental paperwork was done professionally and quickly. Generally we dealt with Kim with any property problems during the 4 years and Kim was amazing. Speedy and fairly fixing any problems that arose with many trades people on hand to help. We have moved on and purchased a property but if we ever sell we shall be using Address Estate Agents services again. Thank you very much for your great service.

After renting a property through Kim & Mo at Address Estate Agents, we wanted to thank them so much for their very professional & friendly service. Right from the start when we had sold our own property and we were awaiting our new home to be completed at a time when the market had gone mad and there was so much demand for a rental. We found Kim to be extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she went far beyond our expectations as a agent, always with a smile.
