Waited half an hour for our food to arrive even though there weren't many people in . No apology for the wait. I was asked if I needed sauces. I said no as my dish came with a dipping sauce. I then asked where my dipping sauce was, and he snapped back that he asked if I wanted sauces. To which I replied I didn't need sauce as it should have come with a dipping sauce. He went of in a huff and came back with my pot. We then point out the missing red onions on my partners dish. He just said "we don't have any read onions. Walked away without a sorry.

Came in on bank holiday Monday. Got to say very impressed friendly staff food was served promptly and well presented. Will be back guys

We were sadly disappointed with our visit today, nice food spoiled by the slow service. We received our starter swiftly enough but then waited soo long for the main we almost decided to ask for a part refund and leave (had the food not arrived with the person we asked for a second update) we then got our dogs and kids loaded into the car and I went back for the take away cakes on offer and to my surprise had to wait what seemed like forever just for 2 slices of cake. (one of which was dry and stale) this trip could of been soo much better if some of the staff paid more attention to when people have finished their starter's. The staff throughout the visit were friendly and helpful, just not very good at getting meals served efficiently . We overhead a number of other customers complaining about the waiting times whilst there. P.s the dogs also enjoyed the food when it finally arrived.
