Purchased a Mercedes GLA AMG Line Premium Plus and I'm absolutely delighted with my experience. Gavin was helpful throughout the entirety of the process and answered any questions I had. Purchasing a car without seeing it in person or test driving is stressful but the car was in pristine condition as advertised and was delivered by the date I needed it. 5 star dealership without doubt.

Here we go again, 3 years ago I bought a BMW X5 from these guys, I had a great, fantastic and smooth experience with them and today I have picked up my Range Rover Vogue, it drove like a dream, Gavin and Ron are just lovely, professional guys that knows what they are talking about when it comes to cars and their experience is second to none. I will also like to mention their detailing guy that did the ceramic coating, what a brilliant job he did. Bunch of good guys I will say and will highly recommend them, see you in future.

I would like to share my positive experience with Jon and Gavin at Southport Motor Company, I must admit I was a little sceptical in using an independent dealer, I have always bought from franchised dealers as the approved used dealer warranty is second to none, my car purchase was easy and Jon responses by e mail and pics to questions asked about the car. On collection the car was as described prepared to a high level, Jon also very kindly took it to a main dealer for the scheduled service and warranty inspection, Jon asked me to contribute and I was happy too do so. Both Jon and Gavin are obviously car enthusiasts and it was nice to chat about our shared interest. On my journey home I noticed a brake vibration, called Jon and he said take it to an independent service centre and he would sort out the payment, I insisted it go to a franchised dealer, this was more expensive and again Jon asked if I was happy to contribute, yes I was, Jon promptly settled the account and I collected my car paying the difference. Jon and Gavin offered a level of customer care/experience that most franchised dealer can only dream about, I have no problem recommending them as a top car dealer, as I found out Jon is happy to sort out issues and when I insisted on a franchised repair he was more than fair. There is one issue that needs addressing, Jon you need to get a coffee machine Lol. David

Absolute amazing service from these guys, John is a legend every step of the way keeps intouch. Buying a truck 260 miles away and it was like buying it from a local garage. 10/10 customer 10/10 for quality of vehicle. Guys who delivered the truck are a credit to the company.
