Found the car we were after, quite a few marks on the car but wouldn't spend any money on it. passed all contact over to Honda and didn't even contact us himself. car had additional damage on collection but it felt like a take it or leave it scenario. would not recommend this dealer, Honda were helpful in the main though.

NEVER GOING BACK, CANT BE TRUSTED If you plan on buying a vehicle from this Garage and you are lucky to read this review here beforehand then my advise to you will be NOT to proceed with that purchase BUT if its too late and you still want to go ahead to buy then please go see the vehicle in person as it appears this garage is known for selling unrecorded accidental vehicles to unsuspecting individuals going by other reviews. Do all necessary checks, pay AA to carry out checks or any reputable mechanic as the garage is one big dodgy place. Back Story: I saw an E Class online and instantly fell in love with it and decided to buy, being an Honda Garage I wasnt too bothered and instantly trusted them and decided to buy the car without seeing for almost 30k. I paid for delivery but changed my mind to go pick up the car myself as I was too anxious. Upon arrival I met the manager and then went ahead to physically check the car and behold all sorts of things came up while I was checking the car but I was convinced all would be sorted that I could go,mind you all these below were never shown in the advert : 1 pair of key not 2 Scratches and dents on the car 2 previous owners even thou the car was advertised as 1 previous owner. Missing carpets. Faulty headlights warning. Defective blind spot warning. Damages to to the bumper. Damages to the front Grille. Crack on the rear bumper Dent in the driver door Defective headlight etc To cut the story short, they have lied all through the whole process and I eventually found out the car had been previously involved in an accident which again was not mentioned but instead they tried to cover it up and pretend its news to them. Good news , I wrote to them pointing out how my rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 were intentionally violated by them and I have since returned the car to them and received a full refund of my money. However, I have seen the car put back on Autotrader for an unsuspecting buyer to buy which will make the person suffer same emotional and financial loss as I did. Did I tell you I was left with no car for weeks and had to pay for taxis and public transport from my pocket. I am in the process of reporting the garage to vehicle ombudsman and possible legal proceedings in recovering the costs I incurred in purchasing the car due to their deception for financial gain.
