Ive been with this surgery from being young.i now have a child of my own.they always gone above and beyond.I can get an appointment same day 99% of the time.fit you in when they can for emergency appointments.wouldnt go anywhere else!

Left me without a GP as a new mum and would not register my baby. I needed a doctor at this time and was denied access as a patient as I had moved one road during pregnancy telling me I was out of catchment when I had actually moved one road closer to the surgery my previous address was out of catchment too. After all the upset this caused me as a new mum Im forever greatful because I am now at Cumberland House surgery who are much more accommodating to my needs. This practice neglected my mental needs except Dr McGoth who i am delighted is also now at Cumberland. My mum has been neglected by this practice for years regarding back issues. Shes recently received priority service I presume due to this surgerys negligence and is having spinal surgery tomorrow. I personally cannot trust this surgery

On Monday afternoon 18/07/22 I rang the surgery and spoke to a receptionist. I explained I had just noticed a very painful lump in my upper thigh. She told me it was not urgent and I would have to ring at 8am the following morning and try and get a phone appointment with a doctor. Later that evening I contacted the out of hours doctor. I was advised to go to A&E immediately as I may have DVT. Sometimes receptionists are not qualified to give advice.
