I cannot recommend Alistair at Clinic-Al highlyenough. Having experienced ongoing shoulder pain for years, with little if any long-term pain relief I was prepared to try anything.Alistair's initial consultation and assessment were very comprehensive, it was clear at this point that this was not a one size fits all practice. Alistair was keen to establish whathad been tried before and rather than more of the same, systematically worked on specific areas linked to the issues I was experiencing.I am delighted with Alistair's finely-tuned treatment, I am now able to sleep through the night, with little if any pain and I am extremely confident that with the exercisesand advice received this will continue to improve week by week.If you are sitting on the fence and wondering if he can help, I can say with some certainty that Alistair's approach is different, methodical, structured and I would definitelyrecommend you give him a call.

Al is very thorough in his assessment. He really knows his stuff and wants to help you. After seeing NHS physio I got no help or relief and was very distressed. After contacting Al I felt so much better with the Exercise he gave me on phone consultation which worked wonders with my sciatica. Definitely reccomend him.
