        Extremely good service at this shop, have been using here for years. Chap there is always very helpful and friendly ,and great customer service which is a rare thing these days! Had a lot of engraving done here and first place I go to for key cutting. Has also done great job on any shoe repairs Ive needed. Thanks again

        Took a pair of boots to be soled & heeled. They were done within 2 hrs and my boots look like new. It wasn't cheap but what price do you put on great service and comfy shoes?

        Horrendous service, I visited the chapel street store last week for a battery replacement but I was greeted by an arrogant worker who was too occupied on his phone to bother about my request. Would absolutely not recommend. Horrible service with an attitude to match.
