Queens Road Post Office

Giving 1 star only because I cant give zero. An absolute abomination of a post office, not helped by the staff, whoever they are employed by - Morrisons I expect. I have been in here to pay and withdraw cash multiple times. I have either been told they cant pay out any withdrawal (last one I was told by a particularly unhelpful snotty, and quite scruffy customer assistant that she only had three pound in the cash drawer) or that they are closed despite Google AND the post office website saying they are open until 9pm. Avoid at all costs, its an embarrassment.

This Post Office is NOT open till 21.00 as advertised!! Very annoying after walking there and being mocked by a customer when I mentioned website advertises 9pm. Amend your times Please.

Travelled to this post office but it was closed despite google listing it as open. The guy was friendly enough but couldn't even buy a stamp as they were locked away.

Post office staff stood gossiping with other staff. Too busy 'putting away this delivery' to walk to the counter, which was open - they were not putting anything away. Told to come back later in a very cross manner. Morrisons lady was very nice. Post office staff not so much !

Everytime went to post office always closed all the time. Not good service. Full of rubbish!
