Papa John's Pizza

Ordered pizza online at 19:28 for delivery. The order, according to the website at 20:24, said the order was still being made. I went to the store by 20:40, (1hr 20mins after the order was made) following a large number of ignored phone calls (30 in total) and they said they would NOW make the order. Their excuse was that they had a limited supply of cheese. At a pizza store! No update had been provided to the order online. And I was not the only one in the store complaining about a late and un-updated order. When I got to the store, their phone was still ringing and no one was seen to even bother answering a call. The store wasnt even busy. I was told the order would take 10 mins. 25 mins later I was leaving the store with my pizza. Worst Papa Johns Ive ordered from. No apology or discount even offered (other than a refund of the 1.99 delivery fee). Defeats the whole point of delivery having to collect a pizza! And fast food.
