Luxury Reformer Retreat Sept 2021 - as somebody who is not often stuck for words I am not sure I have enough words to describe our experience at the retreat. How often is the whole thing all about you? From arriving on Friday to leaving on Sunday you are cared for and focussed on. Along with the Pilates instructors who work so hard to improve your practice, you have life coaches, medical practitioners, nutrition advice, beauty therapists, masseurs, meditation. Lots of time to work on yourself and plan the next part of your life. All of this and MORE the other women on the course naturally come together to provide a safe place to explore each other difficulties and life experiences, to help each other over a beautiful meal and a glass of wine. Sit on the terrace with a gin and tonic and offer support to each other, to laugh and cry, offer a much needed hug. To leave with new friends and a new perspective. I cannot recommend this experience enough. Thank you to Sophie and the team

Amazing Barre class at this lovely studio on Wednesday. Leah is a great teacher and makes the class really fun whilst working you hard.

They used to kick sand in my face.. .so I stopped going to the beach and took up Pilates instead (the yoga class next door was shut). And very glad I am too. After a lifetime of avoiding exercise, I find Pilates challenging and demanding on body and mind BUT the rewards are worth the effort. After a session I feel drained for about an hour and then the feel-good factor kicks in; Im invigorated, ageing joints feel stronger and more flexible, and Im more alert. After six months, Im in a far better please than I was at the start. Thank you, Sophie. Keith aged three score years and ten plus a few.

I have had 1:1 reformer sessions and regularly attend a tower class at this beautiful studio. Sophie is a great teacher and as I have a neck injury she ensured I did the correct exercises to strengthen and support my neck, not damage it. A great studio with a brilliant teacher, highly recommend
