To confirm I made a booking with you back in January 2020 for our wedding in December 2021 and paid in full for the LED letters and candy cart. Now obviously when I emailed to check a few details last year I found the company was temporarily closed. The post on the company page said not to worry, customers would be contacted to confirm what was happening or the arrange refunds. I can confirm I am still waiting on my refund (as my wedding has now been and gone and my service I paid for was not provided!). I would also like to confirm I have a CCJ against Panoramic Events, and was supposed to receive a cheque for the amount owed plus our court fees but to date haven't received this, although I did only receive the letter around 2 weeks ago confirming the CCJ had been granted and so I will give you the benefit of the doubt that it is still in hand with yourself as I know you are a super busy guy these days with Panoramic opening back up and your other new business PUD Desserts! Could you please let me know when we can expect our refund to be sent across, I really don't want to have to take this further, although I will because I've already invested a lot of time into getting the CCJ in the first place! I note Panoramic is in process of being struck off on the government website, and I think I may have to object to this based on the fact you're back up and running!     ****WARNING******As per the previous review, do not use this company. Having spoken with them over the phone on several occasions and shared a number of emails during which I was assured my booking was secure I received an email shortly before the event saying they could not longer supply my hot tub as agreed for unavoidable reasons. Having spoke to another company it became apparent that this is common practice and they will simply cancel bookings if they can achieve a higher offer else where. I would highly recommend spa hot tubs hire in Leigh, Greater Manchester as they provided an outstanding service.

    I am really disappointed in this company. I hired a hot tub from them for an event in August. The service I received initially was responsive and efficient. This was cancelled, by the company themselves, due to Covid restrictions in my Local area which I completely understand. However, they would not provide me with a full refund even though Covid guidelines state that I am entitled to this. They offered a 50% refund or to move the hire to another time. I requested the 50% refund together with a full refund on the delivery cost which they charged me and provided my bank details to them over a month ago and still I have received nothing from them even though I was told it would be actioned straight away. I have chased them and been told they are "away" and will deal with it when they get back but now they have stopped responding to my contact altogether. Really really frustrating. A company who is quick to take your money but not return it!

    AVOID!!!!! I highly recommend anyone looking a hot tub rental from this company avoid at all costs. My wife and booked a hot tub for a weekend with this company about a month before the date we had booked for. When it came to the date the day before it was due to arrive we got a message, not a call a message from the spineless company saying due to unforeseen circumstances they cant deliver the hot stub for the weekend. Normally its understandable but no reason was given and from then on they blanked and ignored us and what is more frustrating is that when we first booked it we put down a 50 deposit for it. So we had to source a hot tub for the at weekend which was for a joint birthday celebration to replace it. Not only did they not deliver but they have stolen our deposit and blocked my number so I cant call them and are not emailing me back. Worst and most spineless company Ive come across. Ive spoken to 5 or 6 others that booked with them and the exact same thing has happened to them all inside a month. AVOID if u dont want your money stolen and last minute excuses for no delivery.
