What an appalling service. This is supposed to be a commercial pharmacy but the staff behave atrociously to customers. They are surly and rude to people they should respect. They are imposing ridiculous distancing measures when the rest of the world has moved on. They say its to protect staff, who presumably discard that pretence as soon as they leave and like the rest of the world go to Tesco with no mask on. I have now changed to Boots. I would recommend everyone else to, too. I suggest the staff spend 5 minutes in a proper pharmacy and see how its meant to be done!

This place is a mess. Fithly floors with months of dust and dirt, and that's just what you can see. Goodness knows what's going on in the back. It's little wonder you can find yourself waiting ages in a queue outside for a regular repeat prescription. There is stock and prescriptions all over the place. Maybe organised chaos, but it looks highly unprofessional. Quite often you can't get through on the phone to check your prescription is ready. Even when it is ready, they still have a 3 person only limit, which means you often end up in a queue. Then today, I couldn't believe my eyes when I attended to collect an acute item at around 9.40am. A girl, around 4 years old was assisting pharmacy staff putting away stock of meds. Granted she was only passing boxes, but this is totally unprofessional and potentially dangerous. It seems her mother, one of the counter staff, may have had childcare issues. Maybe because of the teaching strikes. Regardless, a pharmacy is no place for a child!

Not only did the delivery driver deliver to my old address despite having new address, he handed medication for epilepsy to some random workman and I have to now wait to see if they can get the medication back for my son

They are so disorganised and sometimes rude. They have also told me they didn't have an order from the doctor, when they did. Also the queuing outside for older people in winter is a bit off. The rules of covid have changed everywhere else, so why are they any different. Used to be a brilliant chemist, don't know what happened. I have moved to a different chemist and very happy, no longer treated like an inconvenience.
