Absolutly shocking place. More people stand around and unable to allocate medications. It took 3 guys and 4 computers and 15 mins to figure out what they have in stock. Also waiting time to get your prescription taken and delt with is ridiculous also waiting time is not impressive. 15 mins is 15 mins not 30 mins.

Called in today for Voltarol. Told it was 18 something. I thought that was a bit high price but must be right until I checked everywhere else online where it's only 9. I called them back to see if they had made a mistake, I was told because it came from the shelf behind the cashier and not the shop floor that the price was so high. I feel ripped off. Never again. Guess you lost a customer.

Absolutely shocking place!! Your staff need to understand that controlled drugs on a repeat prescription are NOT optional and can NOT be left undelivered especially letting the customer know 5 mins before they close after shes waited in all day. When your customer calls upset to explain that there is no way she can get through the night without them the response she got was vile. You have a duty of care and please believe that this will be taken further as it is appalling! she is not waiting for paracetamol or things she can pop down the shop for these are extremely important controlled drugs and to have the audacity to give her 5 minutes notice gave her and her family no option to even collect instead with no apology at all.

Good little pharmacy may be a wait to be served when busy. Well priced for ibuprofen and paracetamol I don't understand the complaints as I paid 1.34 but got 32 tablets. At the supermarket it may be cheaper but you don't get many at all.
