        Always polite and helpful, staff are all lovely

        Staff are mostly helpful and pleasant, but management still persist with the outdated, Dickensian practice of closing at lunchtime. Who, in this day and age still does this! And at opening times, staff leave it until the absolute last second to open the doors to the waiting, freezing cold queue of elderly customers. Must do better!
