Cannot recommend enough! Harvey is amazing and has such a great set up at longcroft Southport. He has taken such amazing care of Elvis every time he has stayed. Elvis comes home relaxed and not at all stressed and I love the photo updates. All of this makes going away stress free for us both

My cat Cosmo recently spent 3 weeks at Longcroft hotel over the Christmas and New Year period. It was cosmos first stay away from home, so we were of course apprehensive about leaving him. When we dropped him off, Harvey took the time to make sure he settled Cosmo in, showed us around the cat hotel and ensured any questions we had were answered. The cats room is spacious and spotless and has a comfy bed, scratch post, toys etc, so everything they need. I have nothing but good things to say about the cat hotel!! Harvey sent regular updates and pictures to show how settled and happy Cosmo was, and how well he was getting on. There was so much attention and love given to him and when he returned home he had clearly been well cared for. He even came home with some treats and a lovely gift of a new flat bed (which he absolutely adores and still sleeps on). I have no hesitation in recommending Longcroft Luxury Cat hotel in Southport. Harvey - thank you so much for all the love and affection you gave to Cosmo. He will certainly be back to stay with you whenever we go away next!

I was able to book a last minute stay for my cat Mozart here and the host was amazing to answer all my doubts and get my cat booked in quickly. Because I arrive by train from Liverpool, the host kindly even offered to drop me in the station afterwards! Mozart stayed there for 10 days and was well looked after. The host made sure to give my daily updates of him via WhatsApp (including daily pics). On the day of his pick-up the host kindly again offer to bring him to the station for me to make my life easier, and he also made sure to give me a gift bag for my cats with treats and new toys for him! This was my first time leaving Mozart in a Cat Hotel and was very nervous about it. But after this experience I can say how happy I am to know my cat was so well looked after. Would definitely recommend!

Claridges for cats thats how we describe Longcroft Cat Hotel in Southport. Serafina settled in straight away on this, her second visit, and was soon enjoying regular tickles and cuddles from Harvey (who sent us photos). No two ways about it, with the extra attention our little lady receives and our subsequent peace of mind that she is safe, well and happy, Longcroft sets the gold standard
