I booked this appointment as the gp referral for a face to face with the msk is in June and I wanted to know if I was doing the right thing in exercising etc. I was booked in with James straight away and he was very thorough and picked up on a few things that I wasn't aware of and he showed me what I should and shouldn't be doing so I feel armed with the correct knowledge of how to manage my condition ... he explained everything to me in a way I could understand and I feel so much happier going forward ... thank you so much

I had an appointment with James he was very friendly and helpful. gave me advice and didnt try to sell me extra sessions. Would recommend.

I went for an appointment with James i had a lower back problem and was experiencing pain and discomfort around the disc. James gave an assessment, treatment and lots of tips on how to look after my back he was very helpful, friendly and professional my back is feeling so much better already.
