We have used Myers for a few years and always found the staff to be very helpful, good service. Ive had a few repairs needed doing which they have always helped out with no problems. Highly recommend

I recently bought two new pairs of glasses at DH Myers Opticians in Southport: an everyday pair and a pair of sunglasses. This was in effect a total refit after eye surgery. I was impressed throughout by the very high level of service and the scrupulous attention to detail in making sure that I came away with well fitted glasses that exactly met my needs. The optician was excellent in how she explained the changes to my sight and ensured that I got exactly the correct prescription. The assistant who helped me choose my frames was very patient indeed and allowed me to take my time to make the selection of frames. The range of frames on offer was superb. The same process occurred when I returned for my new sunglasses. When I came to collect the glasses once they were ready, they were thoroughly checked for fit and minor adjustments made to get them exactly right. I cannot recommend DH Myers highly enough: the caring and professional standard of service is second to none and, as a longstanding customer, I find that the continuity of care and the collaborative approach to decision making are major advantages when one seeks to ensure the health of ones eyes over the years.
