My father-in-law who is a retired optician and suffers from dementia just had his first visit to Nicholas Watson and I must say the service was excellent. Very patient and professional, I can safely say they have gained customers for life and will wholeheartedly recommend to family and friends.

Excellent service from Mr Watson and all staff on duty. Mr Watson took time to explain the results in language I could understand even though the shop was busy.

Over the years l have visited a few opticians but none have given the professional service like Nicholas Watson when having an eye test plus l needed a repair on my glasses nothing was too much trouble the staff make you welcome and are very knowledgable thank you so much.

I needed to be seen by an optician as a matter of urgency and got an immediate appointment and thorough examination with Mr Watson. What a very nice man and lovely staff too. Thank you so much. Would certainly recommend.
