Excellent service, The optician was very thorough and I didn't feel rushed at all. I then went and picked my glasses and even though it was really busy, the assistant, Joseph, was very helpful and knowledgable and explained things very well.

Went yesterday optician was rude and patronising never again will.i go back there. Didn't do full eye test guessed my prescription for contact lenses which is a joke. Wasted a whole morning should.of gone else where.

Disappointing experience today. Staff turning up late as we were first appointment and not much of an apology from anyone. The optition was there but coundnt/wouldnt do anything till staff arrived. Asked for phone call as I would be instore was just grabbing some pjs. sadly didn't get a call and returned to another customer who had then been placed in front of us and we had to wait even longer. Staff are not child friendly even after being informed she hadn't had an eye test befor and was nervous. No one spoke about what was going to happen or what to expect. Wont be returning much room for improvement.
