Millbrook is an amazing home, specialising in dementia care. The activities are person centered enhancing the quality of life for all residents. The home work hard to reduce the requirement for interventions and encourage residents to take positive risks making the most of their life's as possible. Outings are organised, with residents enjoying visits to the local parks, garden centers, as well as shops

My sister stayed here from March to July. She was only 44 years of age, with mental health issues, diabetes and terminal cancer. She unfortunately passed away in July, and bar one member of staff, nobody contacted my family afterwards, which I thought was an absolute disgrace. Shame on you all Millbrook...

Mother placed in the nursing home last October. Senior staff/management don't return my calls or email when I have expressed concerns. Don't want to unsettle my mother by moving her at the moment due to her complex needs.
