As first time buyers, we were grateful for the guidance and advise provided by Angela, Stephanie and the team. Helped us secure a deal (luckily before the rate rises caused lenders to start pull products), communicated thoroughly through our sale. We paid for the extra service of them processing all steps of the sale, due to being first time buyers and would recommend this for those unfamiliar with buying a property. Stephanie really helped us complete our purchase quickly and with our her help would still be waiting. Thank you for all your help.

I cannot recommend the Southport team enough, their knowledge and professionalism is second to none. We have had a complex mortgage application and they have gone above and beyond to secure it for us. Nothing was too much trouble and response to enquiries was always very prompt. First mortgage deal resulted in a 400 higher monthly cost than nearest competitor and tie in for 5 years so almost 25000 extra paid over the period. Second mortgage deal resulted in a 100 higher monthly cost than nearest competitor and again tie in for 5 years so another 5000 extra paid ( both with extortionate penalties if you wish to go elsewhere so not worth not finishing the term). The (incompetent - money hungry) people who sourced these ludicrous deals were Angela Wharton and Sharon Duckworth. I have a good job with excellent credit history and all my (competent) mortgage advisors since were horrified that these were the only deals sourced for me. Please please DO NOT use this company with incompetent people and no protection from any Regulatory Financial body
