, 24 October 2020 I have tried to chat on 3 occasions about how I like to shop locally when I can but after purchasing a thermometer from you for 36 on 5/10/20 I was very disappointed to find it on Amazon at 24.99 with free P&P I know it may not sound much but 11 is quite a fair amount when I am only on a state pension, will think twice now before buying in future. I bought a product from them. They sent me something else than I ordered, a cheap and poor quality product. I would not have left this bad review but I sent them several emails on different days and they do not want to respond. That's it, I lost some money but I hope others don't.

I have used the shop at B & M Supplies regularly for over a year for the small everyday consumables to some major purchases. The friendly staff can turn my rather unhelpful "thingamy" descriptions into a helpful choice of products. They genuinely seem to listen to customer feedback and use it to advice the next customer on their purchasing dilemmas. The deceptively small shop has access to the full warehouse so they seem to have everything to keep my favourite OAP safe and happy apart from David Attenborough documentaries, tea and chocolate. The shop usually also has the advantage a few reduced items. Even when I have had the time to shop around or do on line research I routinely find myself back at the B & M shop, whether its for the price, advice or simply the convenience of a one stop local friendly shop.
