Got a lightweight Scooty. Changed my life! Use it mostly in car boot, but take it easily (1-person lift )on Planes, trains buses taxis. The lightest scooter in the World. Terriff !!!

Oh dear i wish i had seen this site i went into this shop because i was about to buy a special chair for my husband who is very ill. And has alzeimers and thought to buy local would be a better idea was i so wrong. I ended up buying a chair and talked into buying expensive scooter also told it was a deluxe model would do 13 miles range ect. Scooter delivered no keys to try no armrests del man would not take back but he did rig the shop to tell them no keys.proised to bring them later i waited all afternoon no show all the following morning i rang them at lunchtime said i wasnt happy it wasnt what i had been told i was buying he was horrible a young man did eventually arrive who was so aggressive i tod him to take it back it wasnt a deluxe model it was the cheaper model in the minimo range he wouldnt take it back and said they could call it anything they wanted.my husband wss upset so he left it we took it back this week at our expense the same young man then rang to tell the owner in full view of everyone outside and so all heard he said and i quote "I've got an awkward customer here"told me no refund was indeed very bullying I've left the scooter with him as couldnt manage it back.as i am recovering from cancer the receipt he gave me for the scooter he then snatched back and scrubbed out his name but i managed to pull ,it back off him.i have never been so humiliated in my life i wait to see if refunded but luckily for me the only way we can afford something like this is by credit card so i will put it in their hands THIS HAS NOW BEEN RSOLVED WITH A FULL REFUND BUT SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED LIKE THIS ALSO ACCUSED ON THE PHONE THAT MY RELATIVES HAD BEEN POSTING.I AM NOT THAT SAD NO ONE ELSE HAS REVIEWED FOR ME. SO WILL INCREASE STARS TO 2 IF I CAN AS RESOVED AFTER 2 WEEKS AND SEVERAL VISITS

I had looked at the website & thought I knew what I wanted. Staff then questioned me about what I needed the scooter for a then recommend a cheaper version. They we're very patient with me (I have MS) the scooter was charged up and ready to go. Would highly recommend.
